Job Summary

To support risk assessment initiatives, the full-time Risk Manager (P&C Insurance) will independently evaluate complex property exposures, recommend loss prevention strategies, and communicate findings to members, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessments of property conditions across various regions and construction types
  • Analyze findings to assess loss probability and severity, providing actionable recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to support risk selection and business decisions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant field experience is highly valued
  • 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager or in a related insurance role focused on property risk assessment
  • OR 5+ years of experience in high-value home construction or skilled trades
  • Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment in complex situations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
