Risk Officer II, Model Risk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Officer II, Model Risk Governance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop improvements to Model Risk Management processes for Non-Model Quantitative Tools
• Manage execution of tool lifecycle stages, including risk tiering and vendor due diligence
• Facilitate communication and build relationships with key stakeholders and risk owners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred: Master's degree or Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience working at a large financial institution adhering to SR 11-7 guidelines
• Expertise in a broad range of tool lifecycle stages
• Advanced experience in control design and control testing
