Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Risk Operations Program Manager will define and execute program strategies for large-scale regulatory projects while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute high-stakes global programs from strategy to change management
• Drive improvements in operational processes by building systems and workflows
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or related fields
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder project plans independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex topics
• Experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
