Risk Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Risk Insights & Operations Specialist will manage high-volume screening and research activities to identify potential risks affecting customers while maintaining compliance and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume adverse media screening, research, and disposition work related to various risks
• Submit model feedback and maintain thorough documentation of the screening process and results
• Independently assess and escalate key BSA/AML risks while managing screening cases efficiently

Required qualifications

• Certified high school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is essential to comply with government contract requirements
• One year of experience in banking, insurance, accounting, fraud, and/or AML/BSA industries
• Ability to prioritize workload under evolving deadlines with minimal supervision
