Job Summary
To support large-scale regulatory initiatives, the full-time Risk PMO Program Manager will define, own, and execute program strategies while working remotely across a portfolio of global projects, driving cross-functional collaboration and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute high-stakes global programs from strategy and scoping to project planning and change management
- Drive improvements in operational processes by building systems and workflows that enhance business outcomes
- Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with GTM and account leadership to convert regulatory requirements into competitive advantages
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder project plans from inception to completion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear narratives
- Experience designing and scaling complex cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in changing environments
