Risk Product Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for Imprint's risk organization, the full-time Head of Risk Product Strategy will manage onboarding, underwriting, loan assignment, and collections while collaborating across teams to enhance customer experience and drive economic impact in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for risk capabilities, ensuring alignment with product initiatives and customer experience improvements
• Design and oversee the credit decisioning framework, partnering with data science to implement dynamic risk models
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to embed risk requirements into product specifications and ensure alignment with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in risk strategy and product strategy within consumer lending, cards, or fintech
• Deep understanding of credit card economics, including underwriting, line management, and loss forecasting
• Proven track record of integrating risk capabilities into product features
• Strong technical fluency, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with machine learning concepts
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to diverse stakeholders
