Job Summary
Risk Program Consultant leads relationships with financial institutions regarding fraud and risk operations in a full-time remote position, providing expert oversight and consulting on risk management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fraud and risk program needs for financial institutions, ensuring service requests are met
- Provide consulting on risk mitigation strategies and conduct investigations of fraud events
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in the financial services industry
- Four years of professional experience in risk management and/or fraud
- Experience with data analytical tools
- Project management experience preferred; CFE certification is a plus
