Risk Program Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Program Lead to manage and enhance enterprise risk programs critical to its strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team managing Fintech partner risk, enterprise risk, vendor management, and risk governance programs
• Determine and execute the roadmap and success metrics for Enterprise Risk programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations
• Oversee risk governance programs and coordinate risk reporting to senior management and Board risk committees

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Compliance Management programs within financial services
• Experience in building and running risk programs at a Fintech with consumer compliance risk
• Proven ability to manage a diverse team and oversee multiple programs simultaneously
• Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
