Risk Quality Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk & Quality Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Plan Risk and Quality leaders to improve outcomes through data collection, analytics, and reporting
• Monitor projects from inception through successful delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory audit guidelines
• Create, review, and approve program documentation while proactively communicating status reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality
• 2+ years of experience supporting HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems
• Familiarity with running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server
• Healthcare experience with functional risk adjustment and/or quality knowledge
