Job Summary

Driving strategic innovation initiatives across various insurance lines, the full-time Risk Solutions Innovation Lead will manage the planning, execution, and reporting of innovation projects and pilots in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of innovation projects and pilots, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain organizational changes throughout project transitions
• Monitor project status and communicate major milestones to stakeholders while managing project resources and scope

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of innovation processes within the insurance or financial services industry
• Ability to analyze competitive intelligence and assess market trends
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations to stakeholders
• Familiarity with contract drafting and management in collaboration with external partners
