Risk Solutions Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing strategic initiatives across assigned Risk Solutions platforms, the full-time Risk Solutions Program Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute program management activities, ensuring stakeholder alignment and operational infrastructure while working remotely from Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for assigned Risk Solutions initiatives, from initial planning through production launch and ongoing operations
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and accountability frameworks; proactively identify and escalate risks to senior leadership
• Coordinate execution of portfolio initiatives and manage new program development workstreams in partnership with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in insurance program management, underwriting operations, or a closely related insurance services function
• Deep working knowledge of underwriting operations and wholesale insurance placement mechanics
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across a complex stakeholder environment
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
• Executive-ready communication skills to synthesize program status and risks for senior leadership
