Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Team Lead to manage its Risk department and combat fraud while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the direction for anti-fraud initiatives and reduce false positives
• Take full ownership of procedures and create quarterly goals and roadmaps
• Coach and develop team members while managing day-to-day performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in team leadership and decision-making
• Strong background in project and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs and trend evaluation
• Experience in risk, fraud, trust and safety, or similar operational environments
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus
