Job Summary

A company is looking for an RMA Technical Specialist to drive and improve the RMA process for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

GPU/CPU troubleshooting and fault validation
Interaction with hardware vendors and scheduling on-site support for hardware replacement
Creation of trouble reports in vendor portals and certifying system repairs before re-insertion to service

Qualifications

Previous RMA experience
Experience with Nvidia and AMD GPUs
Microcloud experience
Data center operations experience
