RMF & ISSM Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Defense Health Agency's cybersecurity efforts, the remote RMF & ISSM Support Specialist will manage Information Systems Security Manager tasks, complete RMF packages, conduct continuous monitoring of systems, and provide cybersecurity expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, document, and manage risks for systems and networks
• Develop and incorporate artifacts for RMF authorization packages, including risk assessment reports and system documentation
• Utilize compliance reporting environments to document RMF risk assessments and provide training to system points of contact

Required qualifications

• Clearance Level: Secret
• IAT Level II certification required; IAT/IAM III certification is a plus
• 10+ years of technical experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of technical experience
• Minimum 5 years of RMF experience with demonstrated experience using eMASS or similar applications
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs/SRGs, and cybersecurity compliance tools
