RMF & ISSM Support Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Defense Health Agency's cybersecurity efforts, the remote RMF & ISSM Support Specialist will manage RMF packages, conduct continuous monitoring of systems, and provide cybersecurity expertise while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end RMF authorization activities, including SSP development and ATO package maintenance
- Architect and implement secure solutions across cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security baselines
- Serve as a senior technical security advisor, coordinating with program leadership and stakeholders on security engineering status
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience in DoD or Federal environments
- Proficiency with eMASS for developing and managing ATO packages, SSPs, and POA&Ms
- Experience securing AWS GovCloud and/or Azure Government environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related STEM field, or 10 years of equivalent experience
- Active Secret Clearance
