RN Academic Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN-to-BSN Academic Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for nursing students from onboarding through graduation
• Build strong relationships with students to enhance engagement, retention, and program completion
• Proactively identify at-risk students and provide early interventions to improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Registered Nurse with an active RN license
• A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Experience in teaching, academic advising, student support, or clinical education
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate students
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility for evening and/or weekend support
