RN Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated RN Assistant Director of Nursing, the full-time position will manage Nursing Services, ensuring quality care for residents while supporting the Director of Nursing and overseeing clinical operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the administration and supervision of Nursing Services in accordance with physician orders and resident needs
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and company standards and regulations
• Assume responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing

Required qualifications

• Currently licensed as a RN in the practicing state
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting preferred
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
