RN Associate Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Clinical Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical assessments to determine chronic illness status and develop plans of care
• Collaborate with field assessors and facility staff to gather necessary health information
• Communicate with claimants and their families to update health records and provide new care plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current RN license in specified states or a Nursing License Compact state
• Minimum of 3 years of professional clinical experience in case management or related fields
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and CRM tools
• Ability to manage tasks in a time-sensitive manner while working remotely
• Experience in telephonic communication and customer service
