RN Bilingual Health Specialist

Job Summary

Providing advanced clinical inquiry responses, the full-time RN Bilingual Health Specialist will support the CDC INFO Call Center by addressing health-related inquiries from various professionals, requiring fluency in English and Spanish and an active RN license.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical responses to health-related inquiries from consumers and professionals
• Provide medical subject matter expertise on CDC topics and current events
• Document inquiries and participate in special projects as required

Required qualifications

• Active RN license and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
• 2-4 years of experience in medical, scientific, or public health disciplines
• Proficient internet search skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to commit to a two-week training schedule and work specified hours thereafter
