RN-BSN Clinical Quality Analyst
Job Summary
To support quality standards in clinical data and reporting, the temporary remote RN-BSN Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst will manage auditing, training, and collaboration efforts while ensuring compliance with quality initiatives and standards across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits and maintain expert knowledge of clinical chart review and data extraction
- Assist in developing and implementing companywide quality improvement initiatives
- Perform analysis of reviews and consolidate findings for reporting to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum five (5) years' clinical nursing background required
- Minimum four (4) years' experience in healthcare plan quality improvement initiatives preferred
- Exceptional clinical and analytical skills mandatory
- Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office products) required
