RN Care Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the care management team and addresses escalations related to member or provider care
• Monitors compliance with care management documentation and assigns caseloads based on team experience and member needs
• Evaluates team performance, provides coaching, and assists with onboarding and training new team members

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in care management
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Weekend availability is required
• Preferred candidates should be in the Central Time Zone (CST)
