RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare organization is looking for a Full-Time RN Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient & ED case management program
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge
• Participate in utilization management and discharge planning

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN Licensure in Texas
• 3+ years of experience in inpatient case management
• Background in the Inpatient & ED Setting
• Proficiency with case management software platforms - InterQual and Milliman
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing
