RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Manager: Case Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage RN case management workflows and standards
• Scale the team by hiring, onboarding, and developing staff
• Drive performance through monitoring metrics and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• RN license required; BSN preferred
• ACM, CCM, or CMAC certification preferred
• 5-8+ years of case management or care coordination nursing experience
• Experience in building or scaling teams in a fast-growth environment
• Strong operational skills with a focus on accountability and improvement
