RN Case Manager Recruiter

Job Summary

RN Case Manager Recruiter is a remote, contract position responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified registered nurse case managers to support the launch of a new Complex Care Management program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment for RN case manager and RN manager positions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified RN candidates through various sourcing channels
• Coordinate interview processes and manage offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly registered nurses
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
• Ability to conduct phone screenings assessing clinical fit and technology readiness
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and timelines
• Knowledge of licensure verification processes for nursing candidates
