Job Summary

To support a growing Clinical Consultation Team, the full-time RN Clinical Consultant - Compact License will triage calls to assess needs, provide care advice, and facilitate appropriate treatment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to triage calls, assessing and planning care for callers
• Identify and evaluate the needs of callers, referring them to appropriate healthcare services
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards while serving as a resource for team members

Required qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN compact licensure
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Two years of recent clinical practice experience
• Proficiency in multiple computer applications and screens
• Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
