RN Clinical Contractor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the RN Clinical Contractor will provide health assessments and treatment solutions via various communication methods while managing patient follow-ups and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide health assessments and treatment solutions through telephone, video, or chat
• Track and monitor follow-up calls, escalating issues as necessary
• Interpret and communicate lab results to patients and refer to in-person care when appropriate

Required qualifications:

• RN Degree required
• 3 years of clinical experience required
• Virtual Care/Telehealth experience preferred
• Understanding of the broader clinical environment and alternative venues for care
