RN Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Clinical Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety escalations and assess clinical risks, making immediate decisions on escalation pathways
• Review and enhance care plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients and equipping Care Pros with necessary resources
• Provide consultative support and training to internal teams and Care Pros on complex care situations and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in emergency services, clinical care, nursing, or related healthcare fields
• RN or LVN qualification required
• Experience with elderly care, including ALF, SNF, MCU, or hospice clients
• Proficiency in workplace communication tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slack)
• Strong decision-making skills and emotional discipline
