RN Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the operational backbone of clinical programs, the full-time RN Clinical Operations Lead will design triage logic, manage escalation workflows, and ensure quality assurance while collaborating remotely with clinical leadership, product, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build triage logic and escalation pathways for clinical red flags and urgent symptoms
• Maintain accurate documentation of triage trees and protocol changes for team reference
• Implement and oversee a quality assurance program to track performance and drive corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (multistate/compact license preferred)
• Experience in building or revising triage protocols and clinical decision logic
• Proficiency in documentation that is clear, versioned, and easily reviewable
• Experience with QA processes such as chart reviews and protocol audits
• Background in telehealth, virtual care, or chronic disease management programs
