RN Clinical Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support operational excellence in a fully remote capacity, the Clinical Operations Associate Manager (Seasonal/Temporary) will manage day-to-day operations, drive performance metrics, and develop leadership talent while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations to achieve productivity, quality, and compliance targets
- Coach and develop Team Leaders to build a high-performing leadership pipeline
- Manage operational readiness for new hires and seasonal ramps, ensuring staffing and training align with business needs
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted nursing license
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing remote or virtual teams preferred
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
