RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage quality assurance reviews of medical records, ensuring compliance with client specifications and maintaining high reporting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer reports, ensuring evidence-based rationales and compliance with client instructions
- Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues while promoting efficient utilization of company resources
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two years of clinical or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA regulations
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations
- Current LPN/LVN/RN license may be required based on business needs
