RN Clinical Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the review of physician reports and medical records, the full-time RN Clinical Quality Assurance Supervisor will manage QA staff, ensure report accuracy, and facilitate communication between team members and clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QA staff and manage the File Review Board for timely and accurate file processing
• Ensure adherence to client-specific instructions and follow up with physicians for outstanding reports
• Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients regarding file status and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• RN licensure is required
• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Experience in medical peer review or healthcare industry is required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills are essential
