Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Clinical Quality Reviewer specializing in Home Health Coding & OASIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Identify recurring error patterns and provide feedback to enhance the AI product
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care through accurate documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• Certifications such as COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health QA/OASIS review or clinical documentation QA
• Proficiency with major EMRs like HCHB, MatrixCare, or Wellsky
• Availability for weekend shifts as needed
