RN Clinical Review Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing operational supervision for clinical staff, the full-time salaried RN Clinical Review Supervisor will guide and support utilization review activities while ensuring compliance and quality standards in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct utilization reviews using InterQual and ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines
• Supervise care coordination and case management activities to meet quality and performance standards
• Support staff development through onboarding, coaching, and performance management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA/AS)
• Current, active, unrestricted RN license
• 5 years of direct patient care clinical experience
• 1 year of utilization review or medical management experience
• Ability to lead teams in a remote work environment
