Key responsibilities

• Contact individuals who have expressed interest in healthcare services to provide information and facilitate appointments
• Utilize a custom-built web-based system to manage client interactions from a home office
• Work collaboratively within a supportive contact center culture to educate and assist clients in their healthcare journey

Required qualifications

• Healthcare background with relevant experience
• Fluent in English
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week with a commitment to a set schedule
• Access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
