Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflows of the CMS IDR team
• Assess and adjust daily workload and queues to meet departmental demands
• Maintain compliance with organizational and contractual requirements while analyzing productivity

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• ASN or equivalent nursing education
• Minimum of 1+ years of CMS Federal IDR experience
• Previous workload management experience
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs operating in a Windows environment
