Job Summary

Providing day-to-day leadership and clinical expertise, the full-time remote RN Clinical Team Lead will oversee a team of nurses in Utilization Management Outpatient Appeal reviews, focusing on coaching, workflow oversight, and process improvement to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to outpatient team members, serving as a resource for complex cases
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics, identifying trends and coaching for improvement
• Foster a collaborative environment and assist with team huddles and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, with 1+ years in Utilization Management preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of UM outpatient processes and regulatory requirements
• Experience with EMR/healthcare systems and data-driven decision-making
