RN Clinical Training Manager
Job Summary
To ensure effective training delivery and learner readiness, the full-time remote RN Clinical Training Manager will oversee training programs, coach trainers, and align training outcomes with client expectations while applying clinical nursing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of assigned training programs to meet operational performance expectations
- Own class-level outcomes by analyzing performance data and implementing targeted interventions for learner readiness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates on training performance and ensure alignment with business and client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Active or current nursing license preferred or required based on program, client, and jurisdictional requirements
- 3-5 years of training experience, including training delivery, coaching, and facilitation
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Healthcare operations experience, such as UM, CM, or related clinical operations, preferred
