RN Clinician Concierge
Job Summary
To support a growing virtual specialty care team, the full-time RN Clinician Concierge will manage the onboarding and training of physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring they are fully prepared and credentialed to deliver care remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clinician onboarding, orienting them to the company culture and expectations
- Train clinicians on the utilization of clinical workflows and the Synapse platform through individual and group sessions
- Assist with credentialing and licensing processes, ensuring timely and efficient application submissions
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field
- Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or emergency department settings
- Demonstrated leadership and training experience in clinical operations, preferably within a neurology program
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Epic or Cerner
