Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Crisis Care Triage-PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triages incoming catastrophic injury referral calls and gathers vital case details
• Identifies life-threatening emergencies and assigns appropriate Field Case Manager for onsite visits
• Maintains communication with clients and provides timely updates on injured worker status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; active unrestricted RN license required
• Six years of related experience, including three years in clinical practice or Field Case Management in Worker's Compensation
• Strong knowledge of nursing practice and theory
• Ability to apply critical thinking under pressure
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processing
