Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Digital Health to provide virtual patient care in a non-traditional clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care while promoting teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team
• Support evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and mentor other nursing staff

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's Degree in nursing from an accredited school is required; Bachelor's Degree (BSN) is preferred
• Current RN license (multi-state compact or single state) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience in relevant settings; 1 year of experience with virtual care services preferred
• Knowledge of and adherence to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and nursing ethical standards
