RN Director of Group Health

Job Summary

To ensure client satisfaction and drive growth, the remote RN Director of Group Health will manage key client metrics, lead the Operations Management Team, and oversee operational procedures while attracting and retaining team members.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of key client metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT) and Quality
• Lead the Operations Management Team and oversee all operational activities
• Collaborate on internal and external quality audits and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree preferred
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing a team of Utilization Management (UM) Nurses
• RN license, preferably BSN or higher
• Experience with Utilization Management standards and guidelines
• Proven track record in leading an operational unit/division to meet customer service and profitability goals
