RN Faculty Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Time Faculty Instructor, Pre-Licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and facilitate engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives
• Provide one-on-one virtual coaching and proactive support to students to achieve their academic and career goals
• Participate in faculty development and facilitate student communities for collaboration and support

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Nursing with applicable licenses or certifications
• Active, unencumbered compact/multistate RN licensure
• Three years of successful academic practice with Prelicensure or Undergraduate Nursing students, including one year of online faculty experience
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Adult Health and Critical Care Nursing
• Availability to work a student-centered schedule, including evenings and weekends
