A company is looking for a RN Health Coach to facilitate patient support and optimize medical therapy through remote communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care, coaching, and education using digital communication tools
• Conduct telephone triage for patients with acute symptoms and guide them through changing medical therapies
• Act as the liaison between patients and healthcare providers, clinics, and pharmacies

Required Qualifications

• Current active Registered Nurse license in a compact state
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a specialty practice or acute care setting
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree required
• High-speed home internet access
• Quiet home office space, free of distractions
