RN Health Coordinator (Bilingual)

Job Summary

Providing advanced clinical inquiry responses, the full-time temporary RN Health Coordinator (Bilingual) will support the CDC INFO Call Center by addressing health-related inquiries from various professionals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical inquiry responses to health-related questions from consumers and professionals
• Provide medical subject matter expertise and perform advanced database searches
• Document inquiries and participate in special projects as required

Required qualifications

• Active, valid RN license and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 2-4 years of experience in a medical, scientific, or public health discipline
• Proficient internet search skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with CDC-related topics is preferred
