Job Summary

To support a high-velocity customer service environment, the full-time RN Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Required qualifications
  • Active RN license and a college degree
  • Minimum of 6 months of healthcare or customer service experience
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
