RN Licensed Auditor Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance the technical effectiveness of the Clinical Chart Validation team, the full-time RN Licensed Auditor Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technical training, mentoring team members, and assessing training needs while collaborating with subject matter experts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training plans and materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Mentor and support audit team members, including conducting orientation for new hires
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements based on performance assessments

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Active RN License in state of residence
• 5 to 7+ years of experience with InterQual/MCG and knowledge of medical claims and billing systems
• Background in Utilization Management and/or Case Management
• Strong presentation skills and experience in training design and delivery
