RN Licensed Auditor Trainer
Job Summary
To enhance the technical effectiveness of the Clinical Chart Validation team, the full-time RN Licensed Auditor Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technical training, mentoring team members, and assessing training effectiveness while collaborating with various subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical training plans and materials based on job-specific needs
- Deliver training sessions through various methods, including classroom and online formats, while mentoring new team members
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvements and conducting ongoing technical training for staff
Required qualifications
- Active RN License in the state of residence
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 5 to 7+ years of experience with InterQual/MCG and a background in Utilization Management or Case Management
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in audit technology and applications such as Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
