RN Licensed Education Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the patient experience, the full-time salaried Manager of Education Remote Imaging will design, implement, and evaluate educational strategies for Remote Imaging Services, focusing on onboarding, competency programs, and technology adoption in a centralized virtual imaging model.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a Remote Imaging education strategy aligned with enterprise rollout phases
• Create and deliver standardized onboarding and continuing education programs for staff and leaders
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to align education with workflows and KPIs

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a CT Technologist or RN role in a hospital and/or emergency care setting required
• RN licensure or CT Tech Certification required
• Demonstrated expertise in CT imaging workflows and patient safety protocols required
• Prior experience supporting training, precepting, or onboarding of clinical staff preferred
