Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee evaluation practices and ensure alignment with school and college objectives
• Utilize metrics to drive continuous improvement in evaluation processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's of Science in Nursing
• Two years of experience with evaluation processes in an online environment, including one year of team leadership
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Preferred: Terminal Degree in a relevant content area
• Preferred: Additional evaluation leadership experience
