Job Summary

Passionate about shaping future health care leaders, the part-time Adjunct Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice Faculty will deliver engaging online instruction, maintain accreditation compliance, and facilitate meaningful classroom discussions while supporting students' leadership development in health care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies
• Facilitate classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care
• Model the holistic tenets of the nursing profession and uphold the University's mission and values

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing with a graduate degree in a relevant health care discipline from an accredited university
• Active, current, unencumbered RN license with three or more years of direct patient care nursing experience
• Relevant work experience in health care policy, nursing leadership, research, or nursing management preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build supportive relationships with students
• Proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing
